Fast and efficient wall rebuild - no extra costs outside of initial quote bar parking

Chigwell Construction, managed by Edy and his team, carried out a complete renovation of my front room and did a fantastic job. From stripping back the room, to plastering, painting, electrics, restructuring fireplaces, lighting and AV installation, they carried out all of the work to a very high standard. I would recommend with no hesitation.

Had the door from the house to the garden replaced by Chigwell construction. They were able to discuss different types of doors which made it easier for me to choose. Appointment was booked and the job was done. Am happy with the choice of Aluminium door which looks much better and solid that me Previous PVC door. I will recover everyone to try them. They also fixed the roofing of my house over a year ago and I was impressed with all the work they did. Have any concerns, call them and they will be there to sort it out.

The team from Chigwell Construction Services came in, got the job done, and cleaned up after themselves. They went the extra mile to ensure that the work was done well, and adapted plans along the way to respond to our input. They completed the bathroom ahead of schedule and came back to fix the snags. Reliable, efficient and polite.

1st day the casual workers that Chigwell instructed ruin contracted it to arrived, didn’t do anything then left the property while I was in another room without telling me they were leaving and left the front door open and the communal street doer open which meant my support dog could get out onto a busy London street. They then lied that I had asked them to leave - completely untrue as I was on the phone to Chigwell at the time! Today they didn’t turn up at all. Unreliable unsafe
