From the initial visit to assess our needs to the completion of the job we found all of the companies representatives to be polite, professional, knowledgeable and understanding of any questions we had. Most importantly the engineers were extremely conscientious and at the end of every day left our property tidier than they found it! Replacement of oil level on outside of tank as incorrect reading had resulted in oil running out. Disappointed by this as the level gauge had been replaced by this company recently but when I queried this the explanation was that the valve at the bottom had not been replaced and it was blocked. I called CHG because I thought the boiler was defective. The plumber who came quickly found the problem was a leak under the shower tray. The repair involved removing the shower tray and the shower doors. The work was carried out to a high standard and all the different plumbers who attended were on time efficient and helpful.
