CHG Southwest identified the problem to my lack of central heating to be due to a faulty valve. The engineer manually reset the factory settings on my boiler and temporarily got the boiler working to enable some heat. They will replace faulty part. I have the bronze service plan with GHG and engineer called same day. This service is highly recommended.

We use them on a regular basis, for annual oil boiler service and any associated repairs. They are contactable, and reliable, reasonably priced.

As always CHG were careful and considerate despite some problem with the waste system I had bought. We now have a beautiful new kitchen tap, drain and new lush on the loo. Many thanks.

The person we’d always used before had retired but not to worry Ben Strong filled his boots and did a thorough service of our outside boiler. Not only this but he kindly went over how to use the programmer (correcting the time), the thermostat and walking round the house adjusting the radiators to what they should be according to the size of the room. Perhaps beyond the call of duty but a kind gesture to familiarise myself with how things worked. Hopefully we will see him next year or if we have any problems in the future.
