Excellent service. Arrived within the specified time. Ray and Dan were friendly and professional. Our TVs are now working perfectly. We would definitely recommend them.

From the outset CVAS have been a pleasure to work with. Communication was clear and concise throughout and offered early diagnosis of the problem. Ray and Dan executed the job professionally and efficiently, offering a positive solution to an unforeseen problem. I very strongly recommend CVAS and would not hesitate to use them again.

A call for help via Checkatrade was promptly answered by CVAS Aerials. Appointment made and, on attendance, a check on our aerial/ reception made before the fault was found and rectified. All in all we are very satisfied with the service we had. Thank you very much!

Karl arrived punctually and respected our property...wearing over shoe protectors. Initial assessment pointed towards a straightforward job, however this turned into a bit of a nightmare as the dozen or so cables running around the property didn't receive any signal. After several trips onto the roof trying to trace the cables he eventually after approx. three & half hours with a lot of initiative and skill managed to sort out our issue. We now have a good quality signal. Thank you Karl for your conscientious approach...you are a credit to your Company.

Ray and Dan came over and explained to me their plan of action based upon what I had requested. Then they followed that plan, double checking with me once they had done their investigation and confirmed what the problem was. Really nice blokes. I wouldn't consider using anyone else from now on.

Ray and Dan from CVAS did a great job with moving the wall mount and associated cabling for our large screen TV to a more suitable position. Most pleasingly, they were also able to transfer the spaghetti like collection of cables out of sight behind the plasterboard wall so that the TV screen and surroundings now have an uncluttered appearance. An excellent first impression was also created with their use of shoe covers upon entering the house - much appreciated (thanks chaps!) These guys are great communicators and will talk you through your requirements before they show up. Outstanding!
