  Very prompt & efficient service - contact by e-mail with Donna to the in-store experience with Toby, helping us to choose a suitable carpet/being flexible on the fitting – our new bedroom carpets were fitted within 3 days of choosing and the stairs & landing a week later (at our request). Communication is good and the space was measured same day. We are delighted with the new carpets. The pricing is also very competitive for an independent company. Carpet fitters were polite/ tidied up after themselves and also took care with the newly painted walls/skirtings. All in all a fantastic company

  Excellent service from beginning to end. The fitters, think names were Rob & Andy (sorry if got wrong!) were respectful, courteous & did a great job, including vacuuming after. All rubbish removed, left tidy. Many thanks

  I had Cherry Carpets install a new oak laminate flooring across a ground floor lounge through into a hallway. From my initial visit to their store to the final installation everything was perfect. The store staff were knowledgable, courteous and engaging and very efficient. The installers Kerry and Mark did a fantastic job. It's a super sharp installation and the carpentry is perfect. I've asked them to do my hall carpets, now over 2 floors, and I cannot recommend enough.

  Cherry Carpets - The Best Of The Best!

  Cherry Carpets have completed 7 superb installations for us over the years and have recently laid some LVT flooring in our dining room, which looks lovely - We cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and attention to detail and for leaving our home clean and tidy. We would particularly like to thank Matt and Kerry (our two fitters) who are true masters of their trade, and also Terry and Toby (and all the showroom team!) for their support, advice and guidance along the way. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they really are the best of the best (and such nice people too!).

  First Class Carpet Company

  Cherry Carpets have just completed laying the carpets throughout my home and I am extremely delighted with the whole experience. From going to the shop where Donna and Toby were very pleasant, patient and helpful to Andy, Robert and Max laying my carpets who were all very professional, efficient and friendly. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company.
