I had Cherry Carpets install a new oak laminate flooring across a ground floor lounge through into a hallway. From my initial visit to their store to the final installation everything was perfect. The store staff were knowledgable, courteous and engaging and very efficient. The installers Kerry and Mark did a fantastic job. It's a super sharp installation and the carpentry is perfect. I've asked them to do my hall carpets, now over 2 floors, and I cannot recommend enough.

Cherry Carpets have completed 7 superb installations for us over the years and have recently laid some LVT flooring in our dining room, which looks lovely - We cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and attention to detail and for leaving our home clean and tidy. We would particularly like to thank Matt and Kerry (our two fitters) who are true masters of their trade, and also Terry and Toby (and all the showroom team!) for their support, advice and guidance along the way. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they really are the best of the best (and such nice people too!).

Cherry Carpets have just completed laying the carpets throughout my home and I am extremely delighted with the whole experience. From going to the shop where Donna and Toby were very pleasant, patient and helpful to Andy, Robert and Max laying my carpets who were all very professional, efficient and friendly. Exceptional company. Service has been first class and they’ve gone above and beyond to help me. They have put carpet down in my lounge, storeroom, bedroom and hallway. I had lots of fiddly little issues when i bought the house as nothing is even, i had no thresholds, but Terry was phenomenal, nothing was too much trouble. He's such an expert in what he does and you have full confidence that the job will be done right. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Thanks Terry, you're the best.

I had vinyl fitted in a small bathroom. The service I had from Cherry Carpets was exceptionally good, from their patience during initial discussions on the phone about suitable options, sourcing the particular vinyl I wanted, a visit to measure up and explain the need for an additional layer of ply and how the fitting would be finished around the edges, through to their expertise in fitting the vinyl on the day, and their consideration of having a young baby in a small flat while this was going on. I fully recommend Cherry Carpets and the helpful and kind people I spoke to there.

Excellent service from Cherry Carpets from start to finish. Everyone I came into contact with from the shop to the fitters were friendly, professional and knowledgable. The fitting team were fantastic and did a great job! Thank you to the fitting team (Andy, Rob and Max) for doing such a neat and precise fitting.
