Cheam Building Services is a family-run business with a passion for old-school British building. Having been in the building trade since my teens with my father working, learning, and watching him run a business with no advertising and jobs still ringing in through recommendations alone, I immediately knew that this was the kind of company I wanted to recreate for myself.

Working over the past 25 years to create a company that I can say I'm proud of. I achieved what I always set out to do: being able to provide our customers with a service that offers quality workmanship, trust, loyalty, and everything in-between. There was a small piece of the puzzle left that I have always wanted to be able to offer my customers, and now we can. We run our business from our office at 187 Church Hill Road, Sutton, SM3 8NG, and our address is stated on all correspondence and quotations. Running the business from our office means that we can be structured and organised in our approach. Here at our office, is where we prepare your competitive, personalised, and detailed quotations and answer any questions or queries that you may have.

We never take on more than two or three jobs at one time, so rest assured, you have our full attention and workforce at your disposal. This also means time scales and completion dates can be adhered to. All of our workers are hardworking family men with a passion for not only providing excellent workmanship and quality, but also providing excellent knowledge and are of a friendly nature. They all go that extra mile and strive to make sure that our customers receive the very best from start to finish.
