The team are friendly, polite, helpful and professional in every respect. The work environment is always left clean and tidy to the highest standard after the days work making it easier for us to move around. Our loft conversion was completed last week and we are absolutely over the moon with the final result, they have worked so hard to give us what we want. The team are an absolute pleasure to have working on our home, always friendly and polite. They are on time every morning and make everything as clean as they possibly can when they leave at the end of the day. I was recommended Cheam Building Services by a work colleague for my loft conversion and I cannot fault them, from their time keeping to their expertise and knowledge.The team always made sure to keep me informed each step insuring I knew what was going on at all times, They are very polite and always answering any questions I had throughout the time they were there. The work was finished to an incredibly high standard and managed to keep my house child friendly clean every night before leaving I Would highly recommend cheam building services to anybody looking to have any building works done.

A well-meaning bunch but do not follow simple specifications or abide by British standards. It seems that they are asked to do trades that they are not qualified for. Therefore, I would say they are jack of all trades but masters of none! When things are pointed out to them, the standard reply is “we do it this way”! One specific item was the use of 12mm interior grade OSB for cheek walls of a dormer instead of 12mm plywood and they have not fitted sufficient strats as specified in the specifications. When pointed out to the manager: “he said to me that OSB is the same as plywood”!
