From start to finish, they demonstrated the kind of professionalism, integrity, and workmanship that you would hope for. True to their word, they stuck to the original quote—no hidden costs, no surprises, just clear and honest communication throughout the entire process. Each day, the site was left clean, tidy and secure, their flexibility, willingness to accommodate a few changes along the way was refreshing. I selected a few names to come quote for a new garage and Ian was quick to respond over email. After a short back and forth sharing rough plans he promised to visit to discuss further but he never showed up and didn't contact me to explain why.Verified reviewerJob location: RG2610 Loft conversion with full width dormer and a velux window. Ian and his team were excellent from start to finish, and with the amount of work we had done (also having a rear patio and front driveway laid by his groundworks contact Charlie) they became like family members during the work months. Very clean and tidy, did what they said when they said they would do it, at the costs quoted, and happy to work around me for the DIY bits I wanted to do. In all we used building, carpentry, plastering, plumbing, roofing, and groundworks through them, with my sparky friend doing the electrical work alongside me. Excellent building work .Worked clean and tidy and all trades professional and friendly .Was kept updated throughout the project .
