James was really helpful when fitting new Lights and Switches to my new home. Being a first time buyer and young female, I was sceptical about using Tradies but James couldn’t have made me feel more at ease! We called James based on a neighbour's recommendation and couldn't be more satisfied. James changed some single sockets to doubles and carried out an EICR inspection , highlighting some issues and discussed how they could be resolved. James is friendly and reliable and kept us informed throughout the work. Channells Electrical were able to come on the same day that I phoned. James was able to identify what was causing the immersion heater to stop working very quickly, and fixed the problem within a very short space of time.
