James has been absolutely amazing. He came over to look at our immersion heater because we never had enough hot water. After having a look, he found multiple issues which he fixed and gave us an in-depth explanation of what he’s done and what we needed to do. Also turns out we have been overcharged on our electric by a huge amount because of the issues. James advised us on what steps to take to resolve this with the energy supplier and didn’t charge us an extortionate amount! 10/10 would recommend to anyone! He really went out of his way and was very informative
