  I was very impressed. I was able to book the boiler service easily at a time that suited me. The service was completed efficiently and I received the certificate straight away. I would definitely recommend.

  I wouldn't personally use this service again after a poor exerience. I had to repeatedly chase over weeks to get the certificate sent over from my boiler service - the service was completed in the first week of Febuary and I didn't get the certificate until March - normally this would be given as a paper copy or emailed before leaving the house. The certificate was also dated incorrectly. This makes me question the thoroughness of the service itself. Many messages went unanswered. I may have just been unlucky during a busy period for them but it has put me off repeat business.

  Fast and Effectice Service

  I contacted the company yesterday regarding a toilet leak when flushing, and they responded promptly. The plumber arrived the following morning with the necessary parts and resolved the issue within 30 minutes. The service was efficient, professional, and effective throughout. I am very satisfied with the work carried out and would happily recommend them.
