Carl knew exactly what was required and ensured the work was fully compliant; something that, based on my experience, cannot be taken for granted. It’s easy to appoint someone whose work may appear fine but is not actually legal or acceptable. With Carl, there was complete confidence the job was done correctly. In addition, they were efficient, tidy, communicated well throughout, and were friendly and professional.

Valve was very corroded with a very small downpipe, making it a tricky job. But the work was tackled confidently and competently.
