    Laurence is a true professional. This is the second time I've needed him for a different lock replacement. He is very efficient and extremely helpful and has fantastic communication from the start and really does go the extra mile. Very kind, work is always to a high standard. I would only come to him.     Great service

    Laurence was very helpful and accommodating during the whole experience. He took the time to explain to me my options I had and which may be best without ever feeling pressure that I had to pick one option over the other. On the day he did a great job on my front door lock and even fixed an additional problem with another lock I asked him to have a quick look at on the day. Great man, great service and will happily use again.

    I needed a lock changing on my front door. I was recommended Laurence by a friend. He was brilliant. Responsive on the phone. Came same day. Skilled, charming and a pleasure to be around.
