  We have used Laurence twice. Once to change our locks when we first moved in and again in an urgent situation when we were locked out. He is trustworthy, efficient and extremely tidy. His communication was great and he is a very nice person. Will continue to use his services when needed.

  Laurence had previously helped me with my front door and as soon as I started having issues with my garden door, I knew immediately that he was the perfect person to contact! He's an absolute expert at what he does, and is willing to go that extra mile to make the process as smooth as possible. Believe all the positive reviews, he's highly rated for a reason!

  Honest and Reliable Tradesman

  Laurence installed thumb turn locks on two separate bathroom doors. On top of that, he carried out extra tasks for me, which needed doing after builders I hired didn't finish off the job (!) This included including applying sealant around bathroom tiles/shower trays, placing fire proof boards in space under stairs and finishing off some plastering/rendering around the windows of the extension. Laurence provided useful advice, was courteous, professional and went over and beyond when carrying out the job! Honest and trustworthy. I definitely recommend using him.

  Lawrence, you were super, super helpful to my 90 year old dad. You sorted out his lock and took time to make sure that he was happy with it. You also carried out a totally unrelated odd job for him without even a blink!! I absolutely would recommend Lawrence and if I have a need for a locksmith again, I will be looking him up. Thank you so much! You're an absolute gentleman!

  Laurence responded promptly, gave a clear quote, and answered all our questions. he worked quickly and tidily. He fixed our stuck door handle. He is a nice, friendly and cheerful guy. Highly recommended.
