Excellent and quick lock fitting by Laurence and we had a great chat. 100% recommended!

I consider myself fortunate that I hired Laurence for the piece of work. Flawless communication, transparent, right advise, and flexible. He kept the time to the appointment and took as much time for the job he said earlier it would take to finish. Nothing in the experience was a surprise element. To save me some money, Laurence directed me info he needed to order parts, which was very easy to follow. The job was done perfectly and at a very reasonable cost. He is also a handyman and helped out with small things around the house. Will highly recommend, Laurence.

Laurence instantly picked up my job, called to diagnose the issue, and then arranged to come the next day to view and repair the lock after giving me a quote. Communication was clear, consistent and - critically - very friendly and helpful.

This is the 2nd time Lawrence has come to my aid after locking myself out of my house. Just like the first time he was brilliant. If this sounds a bit over the top then you haven’t met Lawrence - he goes above and beyond. Not only did he get me into my house scarily quickly, he is so friendly that I was soon telling him about my car trouble and next thing I know he’s twiddling about under the bonnet and hey presto he fixed that too (no charge!). He’s just one of life’s good guys!
