Laurence was fantastic when I got locked out of my flat, very good communication and advice on the job with up front explanations of costs. Very polite and professional. He attended very quickly and got me back inside with no trouble. Have saved his details and would definitely use his services again (though would hope don’t have the need!)

Laurence came to look at two locks (window and bifold door) where the keys had sheared off leaving the shaft behind in the lock. He arrived at the time agreed and managed to extract the broken keys meaning we didn't need to change the locks. He was very clear and up front about his prices before he came and charged a reasonable amount for the work that was carried out. We were very happy with his service and would definitely recommend him.
