  Andy Stimson provided estimates for initial investigation and work to clear a blocked rainwater drain. He was punctual, courteous, and explained what he was doing very clearly. His wide ranging knowledge of the subject inspires confidence, which is reflected in the quality of the work undertaken. He provided videos of the drains clearly revealing the source of the issues we have had, and removed some significant root ingress. His workmanship was immaculate and we would highly recommend him (and already have).

  Very pleased with the job Andy did

  Andy was recommended by our plumber to perform a drain survey. We were very pleased with the service we received from him. He told us his charge rate upfront and advised us how long he thought it would take so we would have an idea of cost. The final bill was close to what he estimated. He set an arrival date & time and stuck to it. He even texted half an hour ahead of his arrival to say he was on his way. He conducted the survey in a very professional manner, using up to date equipment and talked us through what he was doing. He showed us on a screen what he could see on his camera.

  Andy returned my call promtly, arrived exactly when he sais he would, sorted our problem out, cleaned up well and was easy to have around. Great service and reliable. Central Drainage on on my list of go to people shoudl we ever have similar problems. Fautless service delivered with a smile.

  Helpful, punctual, friendly service

  Central Drainage Services came out to unblock a drain- they were punctual, polite and did a brilliant job, going above and beyond to help when I asked about another drain! They showed me everything using the camera and talked me through what they would need to do to resolve the issue with the second drain. They came out today to fix that problem, again, on time and very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be recommending them/using them again!
