  Honest, thoughtful and kind

  I contacted Andy re a job at my elderly mum’s house and asked, as I live 1.5 hours away, would he go there without me being present as the manholes were on the front drive. He said that wasn’t a problem and would visit in a couple of days. Once he visited, he advised me that it was much too big a job for him. However, he sent me numerous photos and a comprehensive message explaining clearly what needed doing and with some further advice. That was incredibly helpful and when I found someone else, I was able to forward all the info making it so much easier for everyone. Fantastic!

  New PIR light in porch

  This is a delightful company to use. Gary came out to see what needed doing and gave me some options. Jess, who I only spoke to on the phone and does the organising is amazing. She should teach ‘customer service’. And finally Federico who came to do the work was lovely, did the work and left everything tidy. Will definitely use this company again if I have an electrical problem.
