  cecure fire and security responded to my initial request with in 5 minuets which was a relief as we couldn't switch our alarm off, they sorted out the problem and replaced the alarm an excellent service with very professional and friendly people also a very reasonable price

  No need to have worried.

  I didn't know who to call after the a larm cable had been accidentally cut during decorating. Soo pleased I found Craig on Checkatrade, for an OAP on her own this can be daunting, needant have worried Craig was brilliant. He arrived promptly the next day, having phoned me first to say he was on his way, was only here about half an hour and the problem was solved. Wouldn't hesitate to call him again, a very pleasant man. Thank you Craig. Jenny Brown

  Highly professional service

  We have used Cecure previously, and as always we received a highly professional level of service. Booking a time fully met our requirements and arrival on the day was spot on the time agreed which was very helpful. The work was conducted professionally, with no mess and we were provided with a full explanation of the work being carried out. We will be using Cecure again without any hesitation and would happily recommend their services to anyone.

  Craig contacted me the same evening on the day I listed the requirement to service my alarm system. He was polite, friendly and happy to travel probably a bit further than his regular radius. He messaged me to let me know he was close by which was helpful. The work was carried out quickly and professionally.It covered all the areas I needed. I had been let down by a much bigger company and Craig managed to fit me in at short notice. I will definitely use this company again.

  After much deliberation as to which company to contact, I submitted a request. I was contacted really quickly and the work was done the next day.
