    Excellent and efficient work

    We contacted Craig Morgan for a quotation to service our home alarm system and to replace all the PIR & Control batteries. The quote was accepted and Craig visited on the appointment day and did an excellent and efficient job. He was helpful in suggesting system improvements and carried these out without additional cost. I have no hesitation in recommending his services and we will be using him from now on as our alarm engineer.

    Work carried by Craig was efficient and tidy, Craig is clearly very knowledgeable and was able to provide answers to any questions I had and gave me options to the work I wanted carried out. Communication prior to the job was excellent with understanding what I wanted to have done, arranging a date and also a follow up reminder prior to the work to make sure it was still good for me I will be making sure to use in the future when I need and would recommend to anyone.

    Craig is a genuine personality who will advise and instal a first class alarm system.. It was a pleasure to employ him to supply and instal our new alarm system and we are very pleased with the work which was completed on time and on budget. I highly recommend him.

    THIS COMPANY GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND

    I called Cecure Fire & Security when I was let down by the company that installed my CCTV. Craig came out and attempted to rectify the problem by installing a new hard drive, but I was not provided a code for my unit by the company whom I purchased it off, Trying to get through to the original installation team proved to be challenging and frustrating for a callback. Craig was patience and extremely understanding while we waited over an hour for a callback unlike myself . I must say that in future when I require any work in relation to my CCTV Cecure and Craig will be the ones that I call.
