  Callum made contact by text giving his price and availability, which gave me chance to look at his reviews before agreeing the work. On agreement of the work, Callum kept me posted regarding his ETA and was bang on time. Very nice, friendly young man, who didn't mind my over-enthusiastic dog making a fuss of him, and then supervising his work... at his heels. Work was carried out in a timely and efficient manner, and on completion, we agreed method of payment and future maintenance plans. Overall, a great customer service from a very polite and friendly young man.

  Excellent boiler service from CDS Heating Ltd. They were very patient and responsive, answering all my questions and fitting me in the diary at short notice. I’m really happy with the service — very professional, thorough, and tidy throughout. The digital service record was sent over immediately after the visit, which was great. Highly recommend CDS Heating Ltd for anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable heating engineer!
