Callum has been amazing from start to finish. He was very polite, always on time and his communications was superb (always kept me up to date about the progress of the works, gave me a quote quickly and was flexible when I had to reschedule). I had to install a new heating system and usually people say this can be an overwhelming process, going from electric to gas, but honestly Callum made the process so smooth. I would always recommend Callum, his professionalism is outstanding.

Job required: Install new gas hob. Preferred gas hob identified but slightly bigger than the original. Would it fit into the existing aperture in the work surface? Perhaps Callum could call in to measure up? Callum agreed and arrived bang on time. Hugely appreciated. Fit confirmed and date for install agreed. Once again Callum arrived bang on time. Hiccup with the work surface but possibly down to me from when I fitted the original hob. Hiccup aside, I would not hesitate to recommend Callum. Competent, qualified and arrives when he says he will. Really appreciated.

I’d give this company 6 stars if I could. From first contact to completion, installing our new heating system was smooth and stress-free. Callum carried out a site visit when others wouldn’t, provided a competitive same-day quote, stayed in touch while we waited for gas installation, and booked us in promptly. He even worked 10-hour days to ensure we had hot water as quickly as possible. We would highly recommend this company.

I was very impressed with Callum, he's professional, conscientious, thorough and knowledgeable. Also a clean and tidy worker and has a polite and friendly manner. I highly recommend him and will be happy to book him for future jobs.

Gentleman was prompt with communication & turned up as scheduled. Polite & respectful around house. Analysed problem & communicated potential problems & solutions. Kept me fully in the loop, did not try to upsell or confuse. Fixed with minimal fuss & at a great price. Highly recommended.
