From the first contact exptations were accurately set. I was given an arrival time and advised when Pete was on his way. On arrival the assessment was quick but thorough. I was given an explanation and what the required fix was. The fix was done extremely effectively by a combination of experience and knowledge. It was also to be noted without trying to persuade me I needed a load of new replacement parts. The whole fix was made using know-how and skill. This guy is "old school " but he's Fantastic at what he does and he doesn't try to hike the costs with unnecessary stuff.
