Pete was very responsive and clear in communication throughout, plus great to have in the house while working! Service and final results were excellent and would heartily recommend.

From the first contact exptations were accurately set. I was given an arrival time and advised when Pete was on his way. On arrival the assessment was quick but thorough. I was given an explanation and what the required fix was. The fix was done extremely effectively by a combination of experience and knowledge. It was also to be noted without trying to persuade me I needed a load of new replacement parts. The whole fix was made using know-how and skill. This guy is "old school " but he's Fantastic at what he does and he doesn't try to hike the costs with unnecessary stuff. An honest man.

I needed 2 locks on a window repaired in order to open the windows. Quick response to my request of the job that needing completing. Job completed with no issues. Very happy with the job and professionalism. Highly recommend.

I submitted my job on check a trade at around 7:15am and by 7:20am I had a call from C&D. They came out same day and completed the change of locks. Service was quick, efficient and friendly. Tidy worker with additional advice about servicing other areas of my home. Couldn’t ask for better.

We called out Pete for our door as we had problems with opening and closing it. We previously had another quote in which we weren’t satisfied with so called Pete hoping he’d be able to provide us with a more sensible quote and answer for our problem. Pete provided this straight away, very thorough with information and what he was fitting, came out the same day and solved our problem within an hour. An all round sound guy who id highly recommend.

Locked myself out with my toddler with key stuck half in half out of lock. Pete was there within 20 minutes to get us in, then replaced the barrel within minutes. Then while he was here, replaced the mechanism on the back door and adjusted it - my wife had been asking this to be fixed for years, so very grateful. All for a reasonable price with a friendly chat. Recommend 100%
