    C&C are professional and extremely knowledgeable. Other contractors told us the damp was caused by roof defects but James diagnosed the correct issue - faulty re-pointing. Staff are reliable, prompt and work to the highest standard at all times. James inspects regularly and customer service is also of an exemplary standard.

    Renovation quote for Mid 1900's cottage

After sending James the structural survey, they conducted their own thorough review of the property. Reading their report, it was clear how much time and care went into their assessment. You really do get what you pay for, and I pride myself in providing a premium service with excellent quality, using premium products that will last generations, not just 10 years. I can provide full damp surveys and hold CSRT and CSSW qualifications.

We have extensive knowledge in all ranges of properties, covering heritage homes, period properties and of course modern builds. Using heritage techniques and products such as lime, however with the ability to add a modern twist to save on unnecessary costs. And if your budget is to simply provide a dry interior, maybe your circumstances don't warrant extensive works, I can provide services to suite your budget.

No cutting corners, extremely clean, and superb attention to detail, we aim to make you just as proud of your home as we are of our work.
