James and his team did an excellent job in surveying, diagnosing and treating the damp in our dining room. On James’ initial visit, he assessed the damp and produced a clear and detailed report, running us through the issue and our options. His team were friendly and courteous when completing the job, returning the room back to its original state once finished.
