Craig has been doing an excellent job looking after my cars for many years now. This time round it was a full service together with a gearbox and diff oil changes on my BMW X3, which I use extensively for towing. A perfect job, and the gear changes are noticeably smoother than before.

I have been using CCP for several years and I always learn something! Craig explains carefully what is wrong and why it is happening, always showing me the diagnostics which is really helpful. He collects and returns my car offering realistic and helpful advice. Although it is an elderly Land Rover, I am confident in his ability to continue to keep the car running and safe without massive bills (which I’ve seen in the past from other garages). As a recently widowed woman I am so grateful for Craig’s support.

Craig carried out my MOT and fixed a few minor faults quickly and to a really high standard. The pricing was very competitive, and it’s clear he’s both trustworthy and highly knowledgeable. Great service all round – I’ll definitely be returning!
