  Repair suspension spring

  The car developed a loud rattle which Craig checked and found the front near side suspension spring had broken. He booked it in for repair which he completed quickly. I was delighted. Craig is my go-to car wizard and never fails to offer good advice and great attention to detail. Pricing is competitive. I have no hesitation in recommending CCP Auto Services Ltd

  Repair and replace toilet failing flush in bathroom. Overflow persistently running

  Stephen understood the problem and calmly worked towards a solution. He stayed to ensure everything was working properly and checked again a few days later. I am very pleased with the outcome. This is the 5th time Stephen has worked on our plumbing and is a completely trusted plumber. He is skilled and conscientious, completing work in good time and always leaving the space tidy.   Fitting a water pressure control valve

  I have no hesitation in recommending SJC Plumbing. This is the fourth occasion Stephen has undertaken plumbing work for us - this time our domestic water pressure was too high, reaching 7 bars and causing damage. Stephen offered well-informed advice and completed the work quickly, tidying afterwards and ensuring that everything worked properly. Quotes are competitive and sensible, and work is completed to a high standard. Stephen is a thoroughly decent and professional person who has earned our trust and will always be our first call for plumbing.

  Installation of water softener

  Another brilliant piece of work from Stephen! We were pleased with his flood rescue visit and then his installation of a new central heating/water boiler with new piping. When our domestic water supply became ultra hard over recent months and caused serious damage to our white goods, we decided to get a water softener. Stephen offered well-informed advice and worked hard with no break to complete the installation and relevant piping in one day - managing to do a couple of unrelated repairs for us too! I have no hesitation in recommending SJC Plumbing & Heating. Great work, fair prices.

  Garden clearance, pruning and advice

  The company arrived early and waited. They asked for instruction and took notice. The team worked hard and rarely stopped, filling 10 huge bags and we were kept informed. The cost of waste disposal (the ten bags) was quite high which we hadn’t expected, but this was the only surprise. All work was carried out professionally and enthusiastically with the garden left tidy. We are looking to use Power of London for further work and recommend them

  Installing new flush in bathroom

  Martin’s arrival time was quite a bit later than the slot given, but he did update us in timely manner. He was professional and diagnosed the fault quickly, then sourced, collected and fitted the new flush with no fuss, tidying before he left. We did have to pay for 2 hours including the first hour which we paid the day before to secure the service. This was not entirely clear in the phonecall. Homefix did resolve problem effectively next day. If clarity on time and payment was better, I’d have given 10/10

  Land Rover car service, tyre replacement and MOT

  CCP Auto Services Ltd fully justifies our return business. Craig always listens to his customers. He readily adapts to our needs and gives sound, clear advice which is always helpful. The car was collected and returned on time and we were kept up to date with progress. We had a full verbal report of work done including repair of car park damage that had displaced a fog light and sensor. Work was clearly listed on the invoice and the cost was fair and competitive. Craig clearly enjoys working with cars and his enthusiasm is infectious! I have no hesitation in recommending CCP.

  I needed a garden balustrade removed urgently. Paul responded quickly and completed the job within the hour as quoted.   I am delighted to have the opportunity to review SJC Plumbing services. Following their prompt resolution of a leak emergency in our house, we invited SJC Plumbing to quote for, and subsequently convert our plumbing and heating system along with additional remedial works. Stephen and his colleague Kyle worked hard and kept us informed at every step. They have a positive, thoughtful approach to challenges and are very experienced. The house was left clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending this company - indeed we plan to use them again for a further plumbing project.
