10 New windows and doors and bay window removal.

There were some challenges the installation team faced from previous work such as remedial work to soffits when the bay window was removed. Internal tiling to the bathroom was tricky too how that had been installed but it was dealt with efficiently and looks superb. The time quoted was spot on. The guys were pleaasant and helpful and tended to our questions and needs without hesitation. They were respectful working in our home putting down protective sheets etc and cleared everything away tidily when finished. Carl and his team did an excellent job of replacing every window and exterior door in our house. From quote to completion the work was carried out professionally and with minimal disruption. This was my second time using Castle Windows as they did such a great job fitting all new windows and doors throughout my house earlier this year. This time, I had all new fascia, soffit boards and guttering installed on my bungalow. Once again I was absolutely delighted with the results. Mark was reliable, punctual, polite and completed the job within two days to a super high standard. The price was very reasonable and the company has been a joy to deal with. Great communication and advice throughout the whole process. Selected Castle due to the quality of the windows/doors and a competitive price. No pushy sales techniques and gave me a price straight away, whilst others tooks weeks or didn't even come back to me. The fitters were friendly and clean/tidy throughout the 3 days. We were very impressed with this company and extremely satisfied with the work. We had a window changed into patio doors. The quote came very quickly, the work was booked in immediately and the guys completed the work very speedily and carefully. The workers were efficient, tidy and considerate.
