Job location: WV10Castle Windows were brilliant from start to finish. The team kept everything clean and tidy throughout the job, and they managed the brickwork element really well, making sure everything was finished to a high standard. They were efficient, professional, and genuinely helpful when it came to thinking through our choices, offering useful advice without any pressure. Carl came to measure up and talk through the options. He showed me a mock up of how the windows would look on my house, which was really helpful. There was additional discount, as a returning customer (I had a conservatory previously) which was much appreciated. We agreed the contract & fitting date. On the fitting days the 2 lads arrived promptly and worked extremely quickly. They were very professional, but friendly. They put a dust sheet down to cover my carpet and cleaned up after themselves.
