I had 4 windows replaced and the lads Ben and Billy did a fabulous job. They arrived on time , introduced themselves and were polite and professional throughout the job. The windows are excellent quality and I would highly recommend the company to anyone.

We have used castle windows 3 times in the past, so when we decided that we wanted to change our conservatory doors they were the only company we went too as they a professional company with outstanding fitters, Carl comes out first to measure talk though what you require, he is such a great guy he gives you a price, leaves you with the quote and if you want to proceed, he gives a fitting date and time, and a week before the fitting they send you a text message with a reminder. We would highly recommend this company. And we will definitely use again if and when required.

Carl designed a conservatory in consultation with ourselves and a couple of years later it is still proving to be our favourite room in the house. I do not like bright sunlight and Carl recommended a tinted glass roof, the effect of which I can best describe as wearing sunglasses, and it's fabulous.

Castle Windows were brilliant from start to finish. The team kept everything clean and tidy throughout the job, and they managed the brickwork element really well, making sure everything was finished to a high standard. They were efficient, professional, and genuinely helpful when it came to thinking through our choices, offering useful advice without any pressure. Really pleased with the whole experience and would happily recommend them.
