Excellent experience. I had a composite door fitted, the back door and some UPVC windows replaced. A picture of my house was uploaded onto the tv, then doors and windows added, to help me make a choice. Very useful. The fitters, Billy and Josh were first class. They were timely, polite and efficient. The windows and doors were expertly fitted, as you would expect. I was particularly impressed with how they dealt with the patching on the external walls, something left over from the previous replacement windows, much neater. They were clean while working and tidied up outside before leaving.

There were some challenges the installation team faced from previous work such as remedial work to soffits when the bay window was removed. Internal tiling to the bathroom was tricky too how that had been installed but it was dealt with efficiently and looks superb. The time quoted was spot on. The guys were pleaasant and helpful and tended to our questions and needs without hesitation. They were respectful working in our home putting down protective sheets etc and cleared everything away tidily when finished. It has brought new life to an ageing house we are over the moon.

Carl and his team did an excellent job of replacing every window and exterior door in our house. From quote to completion the work was carried out professionally and with minimal disruption. The guys completed the work on time and within the quoted time frame, tidied up as they went along. Very impressed.

This was my second time using Castle Windows as they did such a great job fitting all new windows and doors throughout my house earlier this year. This time, I had all new fascia, soffit boards and guttering installed on my bungalow. Once again I was absolutely delighted with the results. Mark was reliable, punctual, polite and completed the job within two days to a super high standard. The price was very reasonable and the company has been a joy to deal with. I really can’t recommend this company highly enough.

Great communication and advice throughout the whole process. Selected Castle due to the quality of the windows/doors and a competitive price. No pushy sales techniques and gave me a price straight away, whilst others tooks weeks or didn't even come back to me. The fitters were friendly and clean/tidy throughout the 3 days. Would highly recommend Carl and his staff. Very pleased with the windows/door - they look great!
