  The service we received for the fitting of a new patio door was friendly and professional from start to finish. From quote to completion the work was carried out in a timely manner and at competitive cost. Icing on the cake was the fitter who came to install the door. Thoughtful, professional, tidy, friendly and a prefect job. We have used Castle on four separate occasions now over the past 20 years and would certainly recommend.

  A brilliant Job

  I can’t get excited about replacement windows, but I can about the service and finish. From start to finish the whole team at the office or who visited me were excellent and the final finish really very good. I specifically wanted the finish ( the sealing of the windows inside) to be of a very high standard and it was. The gentleman who installed them was polite caring considerate and very tidy. I returned after 2 days away having left the house and key with him to find, like magic everything done - old windows gone and the house hoovered. Oh and the windows, they are really very good 😊

  Very professional service.

  A very professional service from start to finish. The initial quotation went very well. Unlike another window company who didn’t bother replying. We were kept informed of each stage of the process. The window fitters were equally professional, polite and cleaned up after completion. Even with a minor “hiccup” we had 4 different jobs to be completed. This was resolved effectively and the final internal window was fitted a week later. Highly recommended.

  I had a window replaced. Castle Windows were great throughout the whole process. Dealing with the sales person was quick and easy. Dealing with the office was straightforward and the fitters were friendly, professional, tidy, and quick. I'm very happy with the window and the service received throughout.

  Company of high integrity.

  Pair of bi-doors fitted with skill and efficiency. Quoted price was competitive and the quality of the product and of the team that fitted them was first class. Castle was recommended to me and I am very happy to pass on this recommendation to whomsoever may read this review. In my experience Castle is also a company of integrity who seem to get all of the important things right. Cannot think of any negative issue.

  High quality and efficient

  We had all the double glazed glass window panels replaced on the ground floor, and a new front door plus a new complete window fitted by lunch time. The team arrived on time and worked hard all morning to accomplish this with amazing speed and efficiency. We are very pleased with the result.
