10 Easy buying process and I'm proud of how my house looks

I chose Castle Windows for a few reasons. I now understand that a company doesn't have to be pushy if their products and service speaks for itself. I was allowed to take the time to think things through and changed my mind a couple of times which wasn't felt to be an inconvenience. When I raised a query, I got a response. The installers communicated well and did an excellent job. My house looked like the worst on the street but now it looks the smartest and feels a lot warmer too. Very happy to leave a positive review for Castle Windows after further installations and upgrades. We had full windows and doors replacement s in our last home so were very happy to ask them to replace a door and repair another at our new address. The service we received for the fitting of a new patio door was friendly and professional from start to finish. From quote to completion the work was carried out in a timely manner and at competitive cost. Icing on the cake was the fitter who came to install the door. Thoughtful, professional, tidy, friendly and a prefect job. I can’t get excited about replacement windows, but I can about the service and finish. From start to finish the whole team at the office or who visited me were excellent and the final finish really very good. I specifically wanted the finish ( the sealing of the windows inside) to be of a very high standard and it was. The gentleman who installed them was polite caring considerate and very tidy. I returned after 2 days away having left the house and key with him to find, like magic everything done - old windows gone and the house hoovered. Job location: RG14A very professional service from start to finish. The initial quotation went very well. Unlike another window company who didn’t bother replying. We were kept informed of each stage of the process. The window fitters were equally professional, polite and cleaned up after completion. Even with a minor “hiccup” we had 4 different jobs to be completed. This was resolved effectively and the final internal window was fitted a week later. Highly recommended.

Due to expansion, the company now operates from a depot and office in Woolhampton, which is conveniently situated near the A4 between Newbury and Reading and in close proximity to Basingstoke, Tadley, Thatcham and the surrounding areas.
There have been a number of recent developments in the window and conservatory industry and Castle Windows has worked with its supplier Duraflex to offer the UK’s most energy efficient A – rated window system, providing energy efficiency and security. A full range of pvc-u and composite doors are offered as well as an extensive range of Conservatories and Orangeries. Castle Windows also supply and fit Fascias, Soffits & Guttering to complement the look of your home.

With a loyal workforce of over 50 experienced tradesmen, Castle Windows has experienced fitter’s to carry out the installations, several of whom have been with the company since the early 1990’s. A friendly and efficient team of office staff provide excellent customer service and after sales care. We have a dedicated service department and a service engineer can visit you to rectify any problems should they occur.
