Over the last 20 years, Castle has installed all of our windows and doors. We have also contacted them to deal with accidental damage: broken patio door and some handles. Our front door looks amazing and recently had further windows and garage entry door installed by Mark to a high standard. Amazing job, great quality of product and service. Castle Windows recently replaced one of our conservatory windows to install a cat flap. They were very quick to respond to the initial enquiry and provided a reasonable quote. Castle windows is a friendly responsive and reassuring company to contact. A fitter contacted me to arrange a viewing, turned up on time and was extremely positive. It was clear from the rapid inspection and familiarity with the window mechanisms that he is an extremely experienced fitter and repairer. The quote was with me the next working day . The work was conducted thoroughly and even though some of the conditions turned out worse than first thought everything was repaired within the quoted cost. Since 1990 when the company began the business has gone from strength to strength and remains family run. Due to expansion, the company now operates from a depot and office in Woolhampton, which is conveniently situated near the A4 between Newbury and Reading and in close proximity to Basingstoke, Tadley, Thatcham and the surrounding areas.
There have been a number of recent developments in the window and conservatory industry and Castle Windows has worked with its supplier Duraflex to offer the UK’s most energy efficient A – rated window system, providing energy efficiency and security. A full range of pvc-u and composite doors are offered as well as an extensive range of Conservatories and Orangeries. Castle Windows also supply and fit Fascias, Soffits & Guttering to complement the look of your home.

With a loyal workforce of over 50 experienced tradesmen, Castle Windows has experienced fitter’s to carry out the installations, several of whom have been with the company since the early 1990’s. A friendly and efficient team of office staff provide excellent customer service and after sales care. We have a dedicated service department and a service engineer can visit you to rectify any problems should they occur.
Castle Windows has successfully completed more than 45,000 installations and the majority of business comes from being recommended by satisfied customers.
