Repair of a window was done smoothly and quickly at a reasonable price.

I chose Castle Windows for a few reasons. I now understand that a company doesn't have to be pushy if their products and service speaks for itself. I was allowed to take the time to think things through and changed my mind a couple of times which wasn't felt to be an inconvenience. When I raised a query, I got a response. The installers communicated well and did an excellent job. My house looked like the worst on the street but now it looks the smartest and feels a lot warmer too. VERY happy.

The service we received for the fitting of a new patio door was friendly and professional from start to finish. From quote to completion the work was carried out in a timely manner and at competitive cost. Icing on the cake was the fitter who came to install the door. Thoughtful, professional, tidy, friendly and a prefect job. We have used Castle on four separate occasions now over the past 20 years and would certainly recommend.

I can’t get excited about replacement windows, but I can about the service and finish. From start to finish the whole team at the office or who visited me were excellent and the final finish really very good. I specifically wanted the finish ( the sealing of the windows inside) to be of a very high standard and it was. The gentleman who installed them was polite caring considerate and very tidy. I returned after 2 days away having left the house and key with him to find, like magic everything done - old windows gone and the house hoovered. Oh and the windows, they are really very good 😊
