  Cheap parts, no aftercare, and I paid another locksmith to fix the job.

  I was ready to leave 5 stars at first. The guy got into my car quickly after I'd lost all my keys and made me a new one. But after getting home I found my Android unit left with cables sticking out, the remote key fob snapped after one drop, and the spare key fell apart after one use. I politely messaged the guy three times asking for help but got no reply. I then had to pay another locksmith £180 to fix the poor-quality work. Great first impression, but poor parts, no after-sales support, and being ignored completely ruined it. I can't recommend this service.

  Rob, from Castle Carkeys. was excellent. He kept in touch offering me appointments which had become vacant, and arrived at noon on Saturday. His workmanship and attitude were exemplary, going far beyond what was necessary. H e was a delight - I cannot sing his praises highly enough

  My partner hired this man to replace the ignition barrel on our van after it failed. Since the work was carried out, we’ve had electrical problems which have left us unable to use the lights on the vehicle. We have tried repeatedly to contact him by phone and text to resolve the issue, but he has not responded. My partner also needed to try and work out what was going on with the issue and noticed that the negative cable on the battery had not been tightened which would have been left like that by him. We would love for him to resolve the issues he's created but he is completely non-respon
