10 Fitting of a new alarm system

Lee fitted an upgraded alarm system. Arrived within the agreed time slot. Very personable and professional. He explained what he was doing so we were kept fully in the picture. Tidied up after he’d finished and explained in great detail how the new system worked to me and my wife. Just had our annual maintenance service on our home alarm system and as in the past was carried out by a professional and friendly engineer. When choosing a company to provide fire & security systems for your home or business you cannot afford to take short cuts.
You are not buying a system; you are investing time as well as money in a solution to a risk.
Please don't judge a company by TV advertising or the low price offered before a survey has even been carried out.
A survey is the only way for a company to give you what you really need and for you to get a feel for how they will look after your needs during & after the installation.
All our systems include a 12-month parts and labour guarantee which can be extended if required and our clients enjoy 24-hour call-out and engineering support.
Carter Security are about retaining clients, so our contracts are annually renewable by you.
No lengthy or complex cancellation procedures are involved. Digital, Dualcom and RedCARE GSM Monitoring are provided at competitive rates for Fire and Security Systems as well as Speech Diallers and text systems for lower risk systems.
We can provide monitored CCTV viewable over iPhones, Blackberry, Windows and Android mobile phones.
Carter engineers wear company uniforms and ID badges, and the company operates within specified guidelines.
Security Screening All Carter staff have been vetted by police and issued with ID cards.
Insurances Adequate / relevant cover for Employers, Product, Public and Efficacy liability.
Customer Contracts Written customer contracts describing product and services supplied.
