Shaun arrived spot on time and got straight onto cleaning our hallway, stairs and landing carpet. I was out at the time and my husband was amazed at how quickly and efficiently the team worked. Shaun was recommended to me by a friend. He had to rearrange the original appointment and notified me of the rearrangement in plenty of time. He contacted me when he was on his way. He explained fully what he would be doing with the carpet and did a wonderful job. It looked like new again. I would certainly use him again and recommend him to anyone.

Absolutely Outstanding service from Shaun! Rang him 08:00 asking if he could squeeze me in as I was having a new bed delivered and he told me he would be able to arrive at 11:30 and he stuck to his word! Even arrived 5 min earlier. Not only does our bedroom look brand new and fresh but he kindly offered to do our stairs at a discounted price if we wanted this done which we thought made sense given he was already at our home. Thanks again for making the carpets look brand new and smelling fresh! Highly recommend Carters cleaning to anyone looking to book in!
