His knowledge of different carpet materials and the appropriate cleaning products to use is very evident as is his commitment to customer satisfaction. A great communicator, professional with transparency regarding his pricing structure. Dad’s carpets looked amazing after Shaun worked his magic. Would not hesitate to recommend him.
