Carsons are well organised and expert in the wood flooring field. They are "right" priced. The quality of service is excellent - work done at agreed times to high standard. The technician was efficient, polite and cheerful. The equipment used to sand was astonishingly clean leaving almost no dust. The colour match with remaining old flooring could not have been closer. We are delighted with the outcome. Carsons installed engineered wood cladding on staircase and corridors for us eight years ago - it remains in immaculate condition. Very happy to recommend them.

Truly exceptional. We contacted Carsons when our builders did a bad job of oiling our parquet floor. Vlasti and Huw scheduled the work quickly without issue to enable us to meet our dates. Huw advised us on the best finish. Johnny did an excellent job of the work and was unbelievably considerate, keeping us updated of everything he had done / was going to do next (he even messaged us to make sure we had got lunch before he started on the kitchen floor!). They got everything right. A real contrast to the original builders. We would definitely use again and would recommend to anyone.

Hugh and his team are thoroughly professional, helpful, enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and as they worked included a good cleaning routine.

We needed the floor boards taken up to have our air conditioning replaced. Vlasti got in touch immediately with a quote and arranged dates and times. Huw and Johnny performed the work on time and efficiently. I would thoroughly recommend Carson Flooring they are extremely professional.

Great work and communication from the team. Really appreciate them coming out at short notice to fix rotten joists along with supplying materials. Thanks for the additional advice on the works were doing too!
