Our flooring had to be repaired after a long-term leak. Huw and the team were super prompt and were able to see us quickly between other jobs. They do charge a fee up front that would typically cover the shorter jobs when they assess the work, which did put me off initially but I am glad we went with Carsons. Huw is friendly, pragmatic and fair when it comes to managing expectations and costs and we 100% trusted him and the team while we were out of the property and he had to take up and replace the floor. We are very happy with the work done and would highly recommend Carsons.

We have used this company before, excellent service from enquiry to completion of job, kept informed at all times by Vlasti. Kitchen floor sanded and sealed, looks like a new floor. We would have no hesitation in recommending Huw.

Reliable and professional

Johnny did a fantastic job replacing the flooring. He was professional, friendly, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. The finished result looks amazing. Communication via email with Vlasti was clear and prompt.

Carsons are well organised and expert in the wood flooring field. They are "right" priced. The quality of service is excellent - work done at agreed times to high standard. The technician was efficient, polite and cheerful. The equipment used to sand was astonishingly clean leaving almost no dust. The colour match with remaining old flooring could not have been closer. We are delighted with the outcome. Carsons installed engineered wood cladding on staircase and corridors for us eight years ago - it remains in immaculate condition. Very happy to recommend them.

Truly exceptional. We contacted Carsons when our builders did a bad job of oiling our parquet floor. Vlasti and Huw scheduled the work quickly without issue to enable us to meet our dates. Huw advised us on the best finish. Johnny did an excellent job of the work and was unbelievably considerate, keeping us updated of everything he had done / was going to do next (he even messaged us to make sure we had got lunch before he started on the kitchen floor!). They got everything right. A real contrast to the original builders. We would definitely use again and would recommend to anyone.
