Caroll Carpets provided an excellent service throughout. When I called into the shop I was given helpful advice regarding choice of carpet. Pete came out to measure the areas to be carpeted and returned to fit the carpets. After a burst pipe in our kitchen we needed the floor to be relaid. Alex came the following day to inspect and give advice on how to proceed. Carl then arrived on a Saturday morning and removed the old floor but was unable fit the new one because of the damp. Not having any spare time in his schedule he came back to us on two evenings the following week to complete the work. The new floor looks really good. A wonderful service.
