Great service from the start Alex was really helpful and knowledgeable when it came to picking the right the carpets the fitters where really professional and did a great job all in all great job i’m very happy with my new carpets

We came across Carrol Carpets by chance and were keen to support a local family business. We felt informed without being pressured. Delivery and fitting went smoothly and, as promised, they made sure we were completely satisfied before requesting final payment. Would happily recommend this company.

This is the 2nd time using Caroll carpets. They are simply fantastic. From measuring, helping to select the flooring and underlay and fitting. Will be using them again when we need the stairs and landing done. Thanks again guys, such a great team!

Caroll Carpets provided an excellent service throughout. When I called into the shop I was given helpful advice regarding choice of carpet. Pete came out to measure the areas to be carpeted and returned to fit the carpets. He was competent, polite and efficient and I am very pleased with the final product.
