  Paul provided an excellent alround service second to none. Arrived on time, took time to explain the carpet cleaning procedures, did not rush the work and took every care in the revival of our Wilton lounge/diner carpet.

  Paul did a wonderful job cleaning all the carpets in my son's newly purchased house. He explained clearly in advance how the equipment worked, and looked over all the carpets with me before starting the work. The carpets were very soiled before he started but still came up beautifully clean. I was really impressed and my son is very happy with the results. We felt the price was very reasonable too. Paul then cleaned the carpets in my mum's flat, again with excellent results. I can thoroughly recommend Paul and Carpet Valet.

  Recommended carpet cleaner

  Carpet Valet cleaned our carpets recently and did a really thorough job. Paul was very professional, experienced and informative, using an impressive range of products, the properties of which he knew well. He made a preliminary visit to quote for the work, took his time when he did the job, and returned later to re-do a particularly resistant stain. We would readily recommend Carpet Valet.

  Paul was excellent. He came on time as promised and efficiently carried out the work. I was able to leave him at home while I went out, trustworthy ! As a female alone at home at that time, I felt comfortable with Paul’s kind manner and professional.
