  I can thoroughly recommend Carpet Valet. Paul responded very quickly and was able to get the stain out of the carpet which we thought would never budge.

  Paul was excellent. He came on time as promised and efficiently carried out the work. I was able to leave him at home while I went out, trustworthy ! As a female alone at home at that time, I felt comfortable with Paul’s kind manner and professional.

  Sofa cleaning

  Paul was very helpful on the phone I explained my sofas were very dirty due to 2 dogs. He gave me a price to do 2 sofas and 1 chair. He came on time and was very professional. He had different chemicals according to various marks and stains. He explained the process and I left him too it. It took longer than he expected and more work due to how dirty they actually were. Paul still only charged the original price even though considerable more work had been done. Once dry they look lovely and clean and fresh.

  I couldn’t recommend Paul from Carpet Valet highly enough! From the first point of contact, the service was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. He arrived on time, fully prepared, and took great care with my carpets, leaving them looking absolutely immaculate. He was thorough, paying attention to every detail, and went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied.
