Carpet Valet cleaned our carpets recently and did a really thorough job. Paul was very professional, experienced and informative, using an impressive range of products, the properties of which he knew well. He made a preliminary visit to quote for the work, took his time when he did the job, and returned later to re-do a particularly resistant stain. We would readily recommend Carpet Valet.
