Revive your carpets!

Carpetsure made a visit to assess my carpets. The quote was reasonable and the explanation on how the work would be carried out explained to me. On the day carpetsure were on time, and the work took exactly the time they told me. The results were amazing! I was intending changing my stair/bedroom carpets next year……..now rethinking it!

Fantastic job and great price

Zena and Richard were very efficient and professional from start to finish. Zena turned up to quote at the agreed time and explained the process of how the office carpets could be cleaned due to the type of flooring it was. They turned up on time to the appointment and worked their way through the offices like a well oiled machine. There were some rather ground in marks but amazingly they managed to remove them without leaving the carpets over wet. We would not hesitate to recommend them because the quality of work is fantastic and the price is very reasonable. Thank you guys!

If I could give 100 stars 🌟 I would! Debated getting new carpets for upstairs at £3000+ .... instead went on a recommendation of Carpetsure to have them cleaned and WOW I now have new carpets!! They actually look and smell cleaner then when they were brand new (9 years ago!!!) would highly recommend - extremely professional, friendly and a fantastic job! Thank you I will definitely be using them again for an annual carpet clean!

Outstanding Service!

This was my first time using Carpetsure, and it certainly won't be the last. Unlike other local businesses who give prices over the phone, Zena came to my house to see exactly what was required and left a bespoke written quote. Although marginally more expensive than others, the results were worth every penny, you certainly do get what you pay for. The entire process was absolutely first-class, with Richard and Zena's attention to detail being outstanding and the end result was better than I had hoped for. If only all businesses gave this level of service to their customers! Grateful thanks.

Carpets sparkle!

I have used Carpetsure for 12+ years to clean light colour carpet throughout the house and, on one occasion, a bed settee. They are totally professional and know their stuff about stain removal and all aspects of their work. Reasonably priced when you consider how they work and how the carpets look and smell when they finish. Highly recommended. Thank you Richard and Zena.
