Great service, friendly couple. Quick to reply and book a date. On time arrival, and excellent cleaning service. Always wore protective shoes, and left some for me. Second time of using them, and will definitely use them again.

Great professional service; they came and agreed what needed doing and the price, then came on the day and did an amazing job bringing the carpets back to life. The shared stairs leading to two flats looks like new!

Zena and Richard of Carpetsure are so professional, knowledgable and hard-working. I have used their services three or four times and on the last occassion they responded so quickly due to an unfortunate carpet calamity. They were able to remove the black oil and grease spots from my beige carpets and gave them a thorough clean - and now they look brand new. In short, I highly recommend Carpetsure and will use their services again for my carpet/furniture cleaning requirements.

Carpetsure made a visit to assess my carpets. The quote was reasonable and the explanation on how the work would be carried out explained to me. On the day carpetsure were on time, and the work took exactly the time they told me. The results were amazing! I was intending changing my stair/bedroom carpets next year……..now rethinking it!

Zena and Richard were very efficient and professional from start to finish. Zena turned up to quote at the agreed time and explained the process of how the office carpets could be cleaned due to the type of flooring it was. They turned up on time to the appointment and worked their way through the offices like a well oiled machine. There were some rather ground in marks but amazingly they managed to remove them without leaving the carpets over wet. We would not hesitate to recommend them because the quality of work is fantastic and the price is very reasonable. Thank you guys!
