  Simon was very professional, polite and did a great job cleaning my carpets throughout the house. He explained what he would do, how he would do it and how long he would take. I’d definitely recommend and use again.

  I just moved into a new place where the previous owners had cats, and I’m extremely allergic. Thankfully, we found Simon — and he was an absolute lifesaver. Simon took the time to explain the process, used high-quality equipment, and treated my home with care and respect. You can tell he takes real pride in his work. The difference was immediate — the air feels fresher, and I haven’t had any allergic reactions since. You can tell Simon genuinely cares about doing the job right, and he didn’t cut any corners. We can't recommend Simon enough. Professional, thorough, and incredibly effective.
