Price quoted was what was charged. Cleaner had a very professional machine, and did a thorough job, covering three rooms , hall, landing and stairs.

Was on time and did a fantastic job. We had decided to change the stair carpet in a few months but decided to have it cleaned while having a bedroom done. The stair carpet will now last much longer as it looks fantastic and fresh. Great job.

Really great experience with Carpet Magic today. Two extremely dirty bedroom carpets and a hallway one with general dirt and spilt coffee. I'd thought the carpet was irredeemable but after Simon's treatment all the carpets looked brand new, a different colour (!) and they smelt really fresh. I really recommend Simon and his service.
