Ken was very professional, honest and transparent from start to finish. Carpet samples were left with me to review in my own time. There was no pressure for service and the free quote was very welcomed for old carpet removal, new carpet and fitting. Once I decided to go ahead a small deposit was taken and date agreed for the work. Work was completed to a great standard, very good fitting and quality carpet. I’m very pleased with the result.
