  Mark was absolutely brilliant from the second I received communication from him. Thoroughly professional with an incredible knowledge about fabrics and what to use on them. Price up front, no changes to quote on arrival. Thoroughly impressed by his professionalism. Highly recommended! 10/10

  Brilliant job on very tired carpets

  Really pleased with the carpet cleaning. Our carpets were in a pretty bad state beforehand, but they've come up brilliantly – even the heavily soiled areas look almost like new, and they feel lovely underfoot again. He was thorough, took his time, and clearly knew what he was doing. Also just a genuinely nice, polite bloke who was really respectful of our home while he worked. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or use him again.

  What more could you ask for. Mark was brilliant, polite, professional and very easy to work with. Communication from the outset was perfect, keeping in touch every step of the way. It is obvious that Mark takes pride in his work and his business. Mark took the time to talk me through the whole process. And even waited for me to finish work at the end to walk me through the job. I would not hesitate to recommend Mark at all. Carpets were 5-6 years old and came up looking absolutely amazing!! Top guy, top service!
