Mark was very efficient and professional. He cleaned our large cream sofa which had so many marks on it that we had tried to get out ourselves before but only ever made it look worse. Recently had my carpets and sofa cleaned by Carpetcore Ltd. Very impressed with service I received. Initial visit to check what needed doing and explained the process. On day of clean arrived on time to commence work. Was amazed at the results. Sofa looked like new after it was cleaned! Would 100% recommend this company.

We manage 4 apartment blocks and Carpetcore clean our communal areas, landings stairs, hallways and lifts. They do an excellent job leaving all carpets clean and renewed. Carpet core came recommended by an ex colleague , Mark arrived at our static caravan to clean the carpets which had quite a few stains re dogs and heavy traffic wear, he arrived on time and immediately got to work , he was very professional and explained every part of the procedure, The end product was extremely satisfactory, so much so we had Carpet Core to clean our carpets and upholstery at home.All in all a very pleasant experience 5 stars

Mark gave a quote and date for the work that suited us, despite the job being more difficult than expected he completed the job without extra charges. All of the carpets look close to new now.
