The quotation was extremely reasonable and the work was done to a very high standard. The work was done in a very professional manner and the equipment used modern and extremely efficient. We were very satisfied with the finished work.

Mark did a fantastic job with my sofa and chair and spent a good few hours cleaning it as it was quite bad from years of spillages etc. Mark is very friendly and helpful. Would use again

Mark of carpetcore, arrived today on time to complete the job. He was punctual and very polite, explained what he was to do and how. He was very careful of our processions and our house and we felt very comfortable with the whole process. The end result is excellent and looks so good we are to have him do more work shortly. Would highly recommend Mark to anyone.

Mark was extremely friendly and professional. He arrived when expected, almost to the minute, looking presentable. He introduced himself and explained everything he was going to do and even pointed out some of the equipment. This helped me feel confident with his process. After completing the task he informed me of any issues he encountered and the following actions I would need to carry out but overall I was extremely happy with the result. Even though he kept saying he couldn’t make it look like new I could not believe the difference. Would recommend to anyone looking for this service.
