  Repair of leaking pipe and renovation of wall and cladding

  I had a leaking pipe under the cladding of the front house. That resulted in having water inside the house and under the kitchen, as well as formation of mould in the porch area. Jason and the team responded promptly to my request and they were on time for the on site inspection. The work was carried out with care, professionalism and constant communication. Even an unexpected issue after few weeks was solved immediately and at no extra charge. I am happy with the outcome and I will call them again shortly for further work

  Used this company for a deep clean inside and out for my late mothers property that had been unoccupied for nearly five years. Communication with Jason was excellent, the quoted work was carried out efficiently and within agreed timetable. Would highly recommend for high standard cleaning services.

  Investigate and Resolve Leak from Guttering

  Communication was prompt and good throughout. Investigated guttering and roof around the problem area, tracked problem to blocked bends and cleared. Offered clear explaintation of next steps should there be any further problems.

  I have communicated with Jason through the Checkatrade app until the work commenced - I have to be honest I was a little nervous with instructing a company to do what my dad wanted as he is very picky. BUT Jason and his team were FANTASTIC, prompt, polite and efficient. My dad is very pleased and I am very pleased. Thank you and I would recommend Carpe Diem Property in a heartbeat
