    Investigate and Resolve Leak from Guttering

    Communication was prompt and good throughout. Investigated guttering and roof around the problem area, tracked problem to blocked bends and cleared. Offered clear explaintation of next steps should there be any further problems.

    Everyone needs Carpe Diem Property Developments Ltd in their lives!

    I have communicated with Jason through the Checkatrade app until the work commenced - I have to be honest I was a little nervous with instructing a company to do what my dad wanted as he is very picky. BUT Jason and his team were FANTASTIC, prompt, polite and efficient. My dad is very pleased and I am very pleased. Thank you and I would recommend Carpe Diem Property in a heartbeat

    I was very very impressed with the work carried out by Carpe Diem Property. Staff very nice and efficient he came explain what needed doing and did it!! I would really recommend them.
