Asked to replace old iron soil pipe with new in October 2024 for £1,200. After this was done soon noticed the pipe had slipped causing continuous drainage blockages from the downstairs toilet and kitchen with sewage coming out of an external grate, which had to be flushed out on 3 separate visits by Homeserve Drainage. After gaining a second opinion on their work, they eventually returned in mid December to lift the pipe only for this to start leaking at the top, when upstairs toilet was flushed leaked onto the driveway. They had only used clamps to join the two pipes and not sealed properly

Happy with Callum's work - whereas other roofers didn't replied to texts, or didn't show up/get in touch when they said they would, he communicated really well throughout: he was prompt replying to messages, getting me a quote and talking through what the problem was with plenty of pictures he'd taken from up on the roof. After I accepted the quote, he then promptly fixed the issue (a leaking chimney stack) and sent me photos of the job done. One month later there have been no further leaks so it seems (touch wood) like the fix has done the job!

After getting 5/6 quotes for the work on my roof - all of which were unacceptable in some way, I was so pleased to find Callum! He turned up when he said he would, his quote was comprehensive & he explained anything I didn’t understand. He himself made sure he was around for the majority of the work carried out, all his lads worked so hard & were really thoughtful when it came to noise, clear up & safety. I recommended Callum to my neighbours & he ended up reroofing 5 houses on my street! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone - a great job done! Thanks Callum!
