  Fixed leaky chimney stack with good communication throughout

  Happy with Callum's work - whereas other roofers didn't replied to texts, or didn't show up/get in touch when they said they would, he communicated really well throughout: he was prompt replying to messages, getting me a quote and talking through what the problem was with plenty of pictures he'd taken from up on the roof. After I accepted the quote, he then promptly fixed the issue (a leaking chimney stack) and sent me photos of the job done. One month later there have been no further leaks so it seems (touch wood) like the fix has done the job!

  A few small bathroom fixes

  Very prompt contact after posting the job and came round that lunchtime to do the work, which was fantastic. Everything was done as asked with only one very minor paint scratch but otherwise seems like a good job done. I could probably have got a cheaper quote by haggling or trying other people but I was grateful for having the job done quickly.

  Intensive garden tidy

  Until this year we’ve had a regular gardener but they’re no longer available so Sadam has come twice to do a full tidy of our overgrown front and back gardens (lawn mowing, bush trimming, weeding). He’s been hardworking and thorough, clearly taking pride in his work, and we’ve been happy with the result.
